Carmen is so sweet and affectionate but is nervous and difficult to approach until she knows you well. When she feels comfortable with you, she loves attention and cuddles. She is incredibly nervous with new people and situations and needs to take things slowly to build up her confidence. Once you have that trust she will turn into your closest friend! You can see on a few photos that she sits on the lap of one of our volunteers she really loved. Carmen has lived for a while indoors with other dogs and cats and is fine with them. It depends the character of the other dog if she will get along.
