Mum is owned and gave birth as she was neutered. The owner kept the pups for some time.. But they were going into the road. This was close to us. We kept an eye as the owner is quite elderly.. He then asked us to help as he had to go to Athens for an operation... So we were kindly offering to foster the pups.
